Section 24E
Personal details to be kept
(1) The responsibility of keeping the personal details of the civil servants working in the office in which they are in charge will be the responsibility of the relevant departmental head or the head of the office. It will be the responsibility of the concerned staff to update their personal details. (2) If a civil servant who has been a potential candidate for promotion is abroad for government work or study or work or is unable to submit the application form due to natural calamity or uncontrollable circumstances, the relevant department head or head of office shall send the details of such employee to the office that publishes the promotion notification within the deadline of the promotion notification. . The promotion committee will finalize the promotion action based on the details sent in this way.
(3) If it is proven that a candidate has submitted false details while filling the promotion application form, he will be punished departmentally.
